Canning Town studio: Paid parking is available on Caxton Street North (PayByPhone location number 59732) and Peto Street North (PayByPhone location number 59738) before reaching WallBrook Gardens. Please refer to street signage to identify approved parking areas. You are welcome to offload directly in front of the studio if necessary.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for parking charges, fines, or any other penalties. Parking in undesignated spaces is at your own risk.

Brentford studio: Visitors get 30 minutes free then any additional parking will need to be paid for via paybyphone using the unique site code that is on the signage out front. Please note that parking is entirely at the owner’s risk and Lounge Studios can accept no responsibility for loss or damage to any vehicle parked on site. There is also an underground carpark located next to the building before Novotel. Please park in the bays marked in a blue 'P' sign and scan the barcode on the wall to pay. We will NOT be held responsible if you are issued a penalty for not paying.

Hackney Studio: Paid parking is available on Stour Road, Beachy Road, and Monier Road. While we do not have specific bay numbers, we strongly encourage clients to allow extra time to arrive in the area and find suitable parking before their booking begins. Please make sure to check local street signage for approved parking areas.

You are welcome to offload directly inside the black gated entrance of the studio if needed.

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any parking charges, fines, or penalties. Parking in undesignated spaces is at your own risk.

• Live bands or performances are not allowed as our space is not sound-proof. Please be considerate of our neighbours

• Smoking or vaping is not permitted on the premises.

• Pets are not allowed on the premises.

• Confetti, glitter, popping champagne, alcohol and fake tan is not permitted on the premises.

• Open flames, including candles, are not permitted in the studio without prior approval from a team member.

• Food and drinks are allowed in the studio. Any damage caused to the studio equipment/furniture will result in additional fees.

• The use of fog or haze machines is only permitted in the Hackney studio

• When moving furniture please do not drag. Move furniture with 2 or more people picking it up.

• Full nudity is not allowed in the studios.

• Please return all furniture and props to their original position before leaving.

• Please do not use body oil, body sprays or self-tans that can stain the furniture.

• Overtime fees apply if you require extra time to move things, load/unload. Your booking starts from the time you book, not at the time of arrival. Please book appropriately to avoid any extra charges.

Yes! This is an add-on option at checkout starting from £2.99. For hosting events at one of our studios please contact us!

A deposit is only required if you have more than 10 people in our studio spaces or if you will be booking an event in the space.

This refundable deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 days, provided there is no damage to the space after your booking.

Yes! You can extend your booking by one or more hours (subject to availability). Please contact us during or before your booking if this is something you require.

Please note that all start and end times include setup and break down time. Any late check-outs will be charged a full £50 per hour!

Please note the backdrops will need to be installed by yourselves should you choose it add it to your booking.

Due to high demand, we cannot refund, cancel or reschedule bookings made on weekends. For weekdays, refunds won't be issued for cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours before your booking.

Yes we have an in-house photographer you can add to your booking! Please see here for more details.

Yes! You can bring a photographer with you if needed. You would need to add this onto your booking at checkout under guests.
