FAQs
How do I book an in-house photographer with my studio hire?
You can add a photographer to your booking directly on our website. After selecting your studio and time slot, simply choose the 'photographer' add-on option during checkout.
What is included in the photography package?
All photography packages include the photographer’s time, lighting and camera equipment, and a set number of edited photos. It does not include the studio hire, you need to book this seperately.
How will I receive my photos?
Photos will be delivered digitally via a secure link to a cloud storage service such as WeTransfer, within the agreed timeframe post-shoot.
How far in advance do I need to book the photographer?
We recommend booking the photographer at least 3 days in advance to ensure availability. However, you can check last-minute availability by contacting us.
Can I request additional edits after seeing the initial photos?
Yes, additional edits can be requested.
Can the photographer help with styling and concepts?
Yes, our in-house photographer can assist with styling and conceptualising your shoot. Please specify your needs in the form or discuss them directly with the photographer at your shoot.
What is the cancellation policy for photographer bookings?
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled shoot to avoid any charges. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the shoot, only a partial refund of 50% will be permitted.
What happens if I’m not satisfied with the photos?
If you are not satisfied with the photos, please contact us to discuss your concerns. We aim to ensure client satisfaction and will work with you to address any issues.
