5. Legal Basis for Processing

6. Photographs and Visual Data
As part of the check-in and check-out process within the App, clients are required to upload a minimum of three photographs documenting the studio's condition. Please be aware:

· • Acuity Scheduling: Our booking and scheduling platform, which processes booking data on our behalf as a data processor.
