·      • To process check-in and check-out flows and document studio condition through photographs

·      • To enable you to select and manage add-on services during your session

·      • To maintain a record of studio usage for operational and safety purposes

·      • To comply with our legal obligations

·      • To handle any complaints or disputes relating to your booking

5. Legal Basis for Processing

6. Photographs and Visual Data

As part of the check-in and check-out process within the App, clients are required to upload a minimum of three photographs documenting the studio's condition. Please be aware:

·      • They are used solely to document the studio condition before and after your session.

·      • Photos will not be shared publicly or used for marketing without your explicit written consent.

·      • You should ensure that any photographs taken do not include images of individuals without their knowledge or consent.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your data in the following limited circumstances:

·      • Acuity Scheduling: Our booking and scheduling platform, which processes booking data on our behalf as a data processor.

·      • Service Providers: Trusted technology providers who support the operation of our App and infrastructure, bound by confidentiality agreements.

·      • Legal Authorities: Where we are legally required to disclose information, such as in response to a court order or to prevent fraud.

Any third parties with whom we share data are required to handle it in accordance with UK GDPR and applicable data protection law.
