BOOKING & PAYMENT:

- All studio bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed through our booking system or by contacting our studio directly.

- Full payment for studio time is required at the time of booking.

- If you go over your booked time without notifying us and it affects another client’s booking, you will be charged for the time used at the hourly rate of your booking, and an additional £20 admin fee.

- You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled slot without incurring any additional charges. Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your booked slot will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

STUDIO USAGE:

- Clients are granted access to the studio only during their booked time slots. Early arrival and late departure may incur additional charges.

-Clients and their guests must conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner while on our premises. Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate removal from the studio.

- The studio is licensed for photography, videography and content production only. It may not be used for any other purpose without our prior written consent.

- The following are prohibited at all times and in all circumstances:
(a) pornographic, sexually explicit or adult content, including any depiction of sexual activity, whether simulated or otherwise;
(b) any content intended for distribution on adult subscription, webcam or pay-per-view platforms;
(c) live streaming or broadcasting of an adult or explicit nature;
(d) any activity that is unlawful, or that would breach the terms of our own licence or lease of the premises.

- Fashion, swimwear, lingerie, boudoir and fitness photography are permitted.

- We may ask you to confirm the nature of your shoot at the point of booking. Providing false or incomplete information is a material breach of these terms.

CONTENT, PERMITTED USE AND AGE RESTRICTIONS

- Every person appearing on camera must be aged 18 or over. The lead booker is responsible for confirming this and must be able to produce photographic identification for any subject on request.

- Anyone under 18 present at the studio must be accompanied at all times by a parent or legal guardian, and may not appear in any shoot involving intimate apparel, nudity or implied nudity.

- The lead booker is responsible for obtaining and holding all necessary consents and model releases from everyone appearing in their content.

- You must not remove, adjust, obstruct or interfere with any privacy film, blind, screen or covering fitted to the windows.

- The studio forms part of a mixed-use building with residential and commercial neighbours. You must not cause nuisance, disturbance, obstruction or inconvenience to us, to the landlord, or to any other occupier or neighbouring property.

- Evening and weekend bookings must be conducted quietly. Arrivals and departures should be discreet, and groups should not gather, smoke or wait on the street outside the entrance.

- Amplified sound must be kept at a level that is not audible outside the unit.

- We may enter the studio at any time during a booking.

- Where a breach causes us loss — including damage, cleaning costs, complaints from the landlord or neighbours, or action by the local authority — we may recover that loss from you.

- We will co-operate fully with the police, the local authority and our landlord, and will disclose booking information where we are required to do so or where we reasonably consider it necessary.

EQUIPMENT:

- Clients are responsible for the proper use and care of all studio equipment and props during their session. Any damage caused to equipment or props due to negligence or misuse may result in additional charges which is up to the directors of the Lounge Studios to decide.

SECURITY & PRIVACY:

- Our studio is equipped with security cameras for the safety and security of our clients and equipment. Recordings are deleted after 72 hours.

- We respect your privacy and will not use any client images or personal information for promotional purposes without obtaining prior consent.

LIABILITY & INSURANCE:

- Clients are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their guests during their studio session. Lounge Studios is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the session.

- We recommend that clients have appropriate insurance coverage for their equipment and liability. Lounge Studios is not responsible for any loss or damage to client equipment or belongings.

COPYRIGHT:

- All images captured during studio sessions are the intellectual property of the client, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

- Lounge Studios may request permission to use select client images for promotional purposes. Clients have the right to decline such requests.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

- Lounge Studios reserves the right to make changes or updates to these terms and conditions as necessary. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
